How to meditate properly................?
I'm not beginner to meditations....i'm meditating for past 2 years........when i observing the breath how to pass away the thoughts and chatter n anxiety in my mind.......give me good answer....

admin answers:
Meditating isn't exact, there are loads of ways to do it. Some people find listening to music whilst they are meditating is helpful, is suggest typing meditation music into youtube, or some people prefer silence. If you can't get rid of thoughts, imagine them swirling around your crown chakra, and then popping. Try to sit somewhere where you are not touching anything.

How to meditate properly.........................?
i'm not beginner to meditations...i'm trying for past 2 years..but i didn't get any changes...when i start to meditate...while observing normal breath...thoughts and chatter are running backgroung.....how to pass it away or control them...give strong tips on how to meditate...plz help me.........thanx...

admin answers:
If you haven't managed to clear your mind you are a beginner really no matter how long you've been doing it. The easiest way to start is on your breath. Lie down or sit comfortably. Imagine inhaling up the back of your spine and exhaling down the front. Keep doing this. You should start to feel very tranquil and as you focus on the breath, other distractions will go away. If you get a thought, acknowledge it and keep going. The most important thing is to persevere, to do this every day. At least 10 mins.

Your Questions About Guided Imagery Scripts

Donald asks…

I need to know of a resource where i can have a GUIDED IMAGERY TYPE of hypnosis session made for me on Mp3 ?
I have a certain script in mind and would need to help customize it with that script for the guided imagery.

Any suggestions?

admin answers:
Hypnosis does work and is proven, and I have used it personally. However it does not work for most people. If it did you would have hypnosis clinics on every corner. There are better methods that you can use that are similar to hypnosis that are more effective and less expensive

I need to know of a resource where I can have a GUIDED IMAGERY TYPE of hypnosis session made for me on Mp3?
Something that I can convert to Mp3 on my end would work also.....

I have a specific script that I'll need to help customize this with, any suggestions?
and PLEASE... NO spam for "Mind Master" computer software........

Thank You!

admin answers:
I'm not sure of anyplace that will do your script. I have published some specifically to address anxiety and insomnia. My recordings are excellent, but not studio professional. Contact me if you like and I'll see if I can upload one for you. But if you are really after a professional recording, you'll probably need to get in touch with one of these places and lay down some bucks. I know centerpointe at one time would do custom subliminals.

Mandy asks…

"Be More like a Worm" having some fun ; )?
"Another post," he said, "will do it
And I'll be known as a great writer."
So he wrote and got through it
Till imagery, sound, and smell became cider.
And he was confident the feedback would only confirm
His mastery of adverbs and adjectives.
But the first comment read, "be more like a worm"
So he mulled the comment over, "do I have the gift?!"
I have written about many things: dragons, witches,
Ireland, as well as two published romance novels.
A menu, ten short stories, five scripts,
countless poems, and a traveler's guide to Cabo.
"Be more like a Worm?" he continued in disbelief
But he soon realized when reflecting back on his works
What this comment was designed to mean.
As a worm's authenticity included all things earth
I have written like a worm that's never seen dirt
"No wonder all my works feel untrue!"
"I have always written like a worm sporting a bird's view."

What a delightful and truthful piece of poetry. :) If you wrote this, do indulge us with more of your work. I have no idea why I'm typing like a proper gent.

Your Questions About Transcendental Meditation Instructions

Chris asks…

transcendental meditation, levitation, health benefits, instructions and real answers?
i have recently heard of transcendental meditation and i hear that it doesnt take much time from your day, it really helps you relax and i know i could love and really use that. for now im just looking for a little more inner peace, i guess thats what you'd call it. if i get farther on with this i have also heard it is possible for you to experiance levitation. Does anyone have instructions on how to do this or how it works exactly with the body? now im not expecting to get instructions then go out and try it, i know this takes a lot of time and effort with meditation but i still would like to know how it works and if i would possibly have chance on experiancing this, i would imagine if someone were to levitate that they would be in their most peaceful mind.
mainly my questions are
1.) how long a day do i meditate and when i meditate do i just clear my mind.
2.) if someone were to get real good at it could they levitate and how is this done, like the concentration and inner body.

admin answers:
Meditation is simply learning to live in the moment, when nothing distracts you and when you are not tied to the past or anxious about the future. In meditation you become peacefully aware of your real self. The more you use it, the more aware you become. When you learn to live life for each moment, to enjoy and appreciate life to the fullest at that moment, you suddenly become impervious to the myriad of doubts and fears that you've lived with all your life.

(On "levitation" and other distractions from the goal of real meditation, I would simply state don't believe everything you read.)

There are a couple of simple techniques for silent meditation as well. You do not have to sit on the floor. You can sit with erect back on a chair. Many people say try for 15 minutes twice a day. I say start with a simpler goal - 5 minutes twice per day. The benefits include stress management and relaxation which help the body, increased mindfulness and focus, and increased energy. The mindfulness can be a benefit to your spiritual life, but meditation also has "non-spiritual" physiological benefits. Here are two easy techniques:

Breathing meditation - 1) Check posture. 2) Close your eyes and relax. 3) Focus on your breath entering and leaving your body. 4) Count breaths mentally one to four. Repeat. 5) Don't fight a wandering mind, but calmly direct it back to task. 6) Sit for a minute afterwards.

"Mantra" technique (choose a personal "calm" word or phrase that you will repeat in your meditation – I use the nonsectarian "Be One. Be Love. Be Peace.") - 1) and 2) as above in the Breathing meditation. 3) Listen to your breathing and let it relax you with each breath. 4) Once you

Meditation/ spirit animal problems?
I have recently been trying to contact my Animal guide and read about these visualizations you do to find your "sacred place" inside your mind but i have a very busy mind and i was wondering if anyone had some advice on how to reach this sacred place or how to open my third eye to more vividly see images... i have also tried asking for signs during the day as to who my anmal spirirt is and i have asked for dreams before i go to bed but neither of these have worked... i have strong reason to believe it is a wolf... because when i was young i felt like i had a wolf inside me and had wolf- like compulsions and when i tried to visualize a wolf kept popping up in my head... but i was wondering how i could make sure that that really is my power animal.... and no scripture or anything like that... I don't care... religion has flaws!

admin answers:
I have never inquired as to who my animal guide might be but I can offer you some general advice on the rest of your question.

First of all don't expect results overnight. These things take time. You won't wake up one morning with your third eye wide open. I have been aware of the nature of the third eye and actively expanding its use in my life since my early teens and there many times when I do not see clearly. If you believe that your Totem is Wolf the you are undoubtedly correct. This is one of the secrets of learning to use your third eye....trust what you see. We are taught from a young age to doubt our intuition. Often times a child will perceive a situation more accurately than an adult only to be told that they are imagining things or being silly. It only takes a few instances of this before they just stop using their psychic abilities.

The third eye is another name for your sixth chakra, or energy center. It is located just above the eyes and is associated with Clairvoyance, or 'true seeing'. This doesn't necessarily mean that you will necessarily 'see' things any differently, only that you will be better able to understand the forces at work behind a given situation. Some people do actual see images with their third eyes. I have developed this chakra to a substantial degree and while it does allow me to access information not normally available to the five senses, I have never actually 'seen' anything more or less than I do normally.

I too have a very busy mind and I find it hard to sit and meditate. Have you tried walking meditation? I have used it to great effect. Certain sects of Budhism teach techniques for walking meditation. Keep in mind also that traditionally Shaman used drugs to attain higher
